Dave Stock Photography will be setting up at Unity Park just south of the batting cages for HVABSA team and individual photos on April 20^th, 2013 (7:00 am – 8:00 pm).  

Instructions for this year:

• If your team is scheduled to play on Saturday, April 20^th: Please arrive at the batting cage area one hour before warm ups to get your team and individual photos taken.  Individuals will be photographed as they arrive, and teams will be photographed as soon as everyone is present.  The key to making it to your games on time and without stress is to have your order forms filled out before you get to the fields and to have everyone on your team arrive an hour before warm up time.  This will help keep things moving smoothly.
• If your team is not scheduled to play on Saturday, April 20^th but is scheduled to play on Friday, April 19^th: Please have your team mom or coach call Dave to schedule a time slot on Friday evening. This is by appointment only; his staff will not be there to meet you Friday evening unless they know you are coming in advance, as their schedule will be determined by the appointments made.  His contact information: Dave Stock Photography 972-966-0312, email: customerservice@teamDSP.com. 
• If your team is not scheduled to play at Unity Park on either Friday, April 19^th or Saturday, April 20^th: please have your team mom or coach call Dave to get your team scheduled.  We are trying to get as many teams as possible, even those not playing at Unity that weekend to schedule a time slot on Friday or Saturday.
